Coahoma Community College, located in the northwest corner of the rural Mississippi Delta, is an accredited, public, comprehensive, two-year institution of higher learning dedicated to serving Bolivar, Coahoma, Quitman, Tallahatchie, and Tunica counties and beyond. COAHOMA COMMUNITY COLLEGE JOB DESCRIPTION BOARD ATTORNEY Reports to: President & Board of Trustees Areas of Responsibility: Legal Directly Supervises: None Functional Relationships: Works closely with the President and Board, and other departments as necessary Position Statement: The Board Attorney has a dual reporting relationship to the governing board and the President, and provides proactive professional advice on critical strategic, legal, and public policy issues.
