Westchester Community College was founded in 1946 as the New York State Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences in White Plains. In 1957, the County of Westchester bought the 360-acre John Hartford estate in Valhalla and designated 218 acres for the community college. Job Description:

Westchester Community College seeks a non-credit Computer Programming Adjunct to teach HTML, CSS, JAVA script, and PHP programming.  The course will enable students to learn the latest in front end web development.

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Coding for web design is preferred. The ability to teach SCRATCH is a plus.

Additional Information:

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $55.61 per hour.  No benefits.
