TemporaryEssential Job Duties
The position will assist the department in all financial and accounting matters including, but not limited to: establishing vendors and independent contractors; processing vouchers, check requests, purchase orders, travel reimbursements, and P-Card management as needed. The position also works with staff and students to book and plan travel in accordance with university policy and assists them with using the Concur and Web Travel systems, respectively. This position may also aid in creating schedules and making travel arrangements for BME visitors and recruitment candidates and assisting with the planning and organizing of other departmental events as needed.
