Serve as a Student Services generalist at Jordan Campus by providing accurate and consistent information regarding all areas of Student Affairs including admission, enrollment, advising, financial aid plus other student support services and student involvement opportunities. Act as liaison with departments and programs on campus such as Health Sciences, Faculty Support, Learning Center, Library, Computer Lab and Scheduling. Hire, supervise and train part-time staff and provide operational supervision for full-time staff.
|Essential Responsibilities and Duties||
Assist students with all aspects of enrollment at the college including admission, registration, financial aid, advising, disability services and on line services. Process and/or troubleshoot applications for admission; provide information regarding residency, transfer credit, advising, testing and orientation programs; answer in-person, email and telephone inquiries; oversee registration processes and services at Jordan Campus; assist and instruct students in use of online services such as registration, degree audits, college catalog and class schedule. Process transcript requests and enrollment verifications for students and agencies; student services liaison to Concurrent Enrollment, eLearning Jordan Applied Technology Center, Itineris Early College High School, Open Computer Lab, Learning Center and other special programs; troubleshoot and resolve student situations and problems or refer issues appropriately; provide current forms and departmental resources for site.
Hiring, training, and supervise part-time staff and provide operational supervision for full-time staff.
Provide information about and assistance to student activities staff members to increase the opportunities for Jordan students to become involved in student leadership opportunities and activities.

Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities and special needs.
|Non-Essential Responsibilities and Duties||
Serve on committees to ensure Jordan students are considered in planning, policies, etc. Participate in workshops and conferences to stay current on customer service philosophy and practices.
