The purpose of this college wide position is to oversee the enrollment management, front desk operations, and academic advising functions for Northland Community and Technical College by directing and managing the processes and supervising the people directly related to those areas of the college. The director is to provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan that optimizes recruiting, admissions, enrollment, retention, and graduation rates of all students. The director will also provide leadership and direction of admissions, communication, and recruitment work plans in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Communications and Dean of Student Affairs.

• Provide supervision and direction of the college-wide enrollment management process, including admissions and advising.
• Plan, implement, manage and direct all functions to ensure potential and current students have the information needed to navigate from pre-enrollment through graduation.
• Provide leadership, direction and management to the professional advising team college-wide.
• Supervision and evaluation of the daily operations of the Front Reception Desks, Admissions and Advising office and staff, exercising supervisory authority to employees to effectively perform assigned job duties to achieve the annual objectives of the department.
• Develop and monitor the respective budgets to ensure that enrollment and admissions needs of the college are met. Conduct all budget tasks with the strategic and long-range plans in mind.
• Represent the College, Student Affairs department and the office on various committees.
