Creates and runs reports and submits updates.
Answers student inquiries regarding financial aid processes, awards, and disbursements.
Conducts financial aid outreach presentations.
Works with other AC departments and state agencies.
Administer process and reconcile federal aid programs.
Description of Duties and Tasks
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists with specific reporting and maintenance of databases as required.
May coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement complex and specialized materials to support departmental programs.
May review and process documents, maintain databases, and provide complex reports.
May perform complex work in a specialty area within a department or office.
May provide information to others regarding processes, programs, and/or procedures.
May provide training or support training programs.

Federal and state regulations pertaining to financial aid programs.
Student financial aid awarding processes and activities.
Financial aid outreach programs.
Tax laws applicable to financial aid.

Required Work Experience
Two years related work experience.
Other Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of tax laws applicable to student financial aid.
Work is performed in a standard office environment.
Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds.
Work safely and follow safety rules. Report unsafe working conditions and behavior. Take reasonable and prudent actions to prevent others from engaging in unsafe practices.
