POSITION: CLINICAL NURSING AIDE (CNA) INSTRUCTOR #112

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Some college or technical training required. One (1) year related
experience preferred. Must be a licensed vocational nurse or
registered nurse in the state of Texas with an active license. Must
have basic knowledge of use of audiovisual equipment and other
basic office equipment. Minimum of 1-year long-term care
experience required. Time management and good communication
skills a must. Ability to initiate projects, meet deadlines, multi-task,
and work with diverse populations.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Instruct in the CNA credit and DC program and assist with
organization, administration and continuous review of the program.
Responsible for providing quality classroom and clinical instruction
including maintenance of his/her field of specialization. Should be
prepared to teach non-traditional course loads including travel to area
high schools for instruction and travel between clinical sites as

SALARY RANGE: Per faculty salary schedule (9 month)
