POSITION: CAMPUS DEAN OF CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND CONTINUING
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS AS WELL AS ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Master’s degree required. Ten (10) years related experience preferred. Broad
knowledge of industry-based skill sets and strong interpersonal skills. Experience
in education, working with business/industry in a rural setting, working with diverse
populations, school districts, Adult Education Literacy (AEL), prisons and other
colleges. Familiar with higher education reporting requirements and ability to use
computers. Demonstrate leadership and a commitment to the principles of Howard
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Supervise and evaluate CTE/CE, AEL and prison programs for the Big Spring area
site. Provide direction, support and promote and represent CTE/CE programs.
Serve as an effective team member on both college committees as well as industry
and community committees/boards. Collaborate with school districts, area
business/industry, and other partners to address needs. For a complete list of job

SALARY RANGE: $62,434 - $66,212
