NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Thursday 8:00am to 5:30pm Friday 8:00am to 11:30am

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Assistant Registrar will assist the Registrar in the delivery of a comprehensive records and document management program, a formalized degree audit and registration process and system, a student centered academic standing process, and functions related to degree conferral and commencement activities.  Responsible for providing excellent service to students, faculty, staff and administrators.
 
Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Assist the Registrar with daily operations
  • Hire, train, and supervise the Student Records Assistant and assigned Federal Work Study students
  • Responsible for communicating with faculty
  • Assist the Registrar with all end of term activities
  • Conduct transcript analysis and evaluations
  • Serves as the Transfer Advisor to students
  • Oversee general office management and other duties as assigned

MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:  Bachelor's Degree

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred:  Experience in post-secondary student records
