This position is in Salary Grade CS2, with a minimum starting wage of $18.48 per hour. The successful candidates starting wage will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range. This position is eligible for Northeast Community College excellent full-time fringe benefits package.

General Description
The purpose of the College Engagement Coordinator position is to develop, plan, implement, deliver and assess student leadership development training. The Coordinator will assist with large scale college engagement events. The Coordinator will ensure safety and accessibility for all participants through compliance of College policies and procedures. The Coordinator will be responsible for all College Clubs and Organizations.
Qualifications: Education
Associates Degree Required, Bachelors Preferred
Qualification:Experience
One year related experience in Student Life and leadership development.
Qualification:Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
ability to communicate effectively;demonstrate ability to plan, develop, and implement student activities;and availability to work days and nights as needed.
