LOCATION: PA CareerLink® in Bristol and Upper Bucks Campus in Perkasie; frequent travel between these two locations and to outside sites will be required.
The full-time, grant-funded, Youth Workforce Program Manager oversees the day-to-day, year-round, operations of the Center for Workforce Development's youth programming, including Out-of-School and In-School Youth programs. This position will primarily be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Bucks County public and private high schools, local service/community agencies serving youth, the PA CareerLink® Bucks County, the Bucks County Workforce Development Board, applicable Bucks County Community College departments. In addition, this position will supervise staff in the grant-funded youth programs, assist in conducting participant recruitment, schedule training and special events for enrolled youth and promote the programs via social and print media. Additionally, this position will provide program data to grant stakeholders monthly, or as required, and ensure that grant goals are met or exceeded.

Minimum Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience coordinating programs for youth.
- Grant management experience.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends) on occasion.
