Job Description |
The Nursing Department at NHCC is an engaged faculty interested in delivering the highest level of instruction to our students. Faculty members work as a team to consistently deliver content to students interested in pursuing their Associate Degree in Nursing – ADN. NHCC nursing is part of the Minnesota Alliance for Nursing Education (MANE Consortium). In this alliance students could earn their baccalaureate degree in Nursing at Metro state University after completion of Semester 5 at NHCC. The successful candidate: |

Full-Time faculty salaries currently range from $37,437 – $82,417 annually. Salary schedule placement is determined on the basis of education and experience and in accordance with the 2017-2019 Master Agreement between the Minnesota State Board of Trustees and the Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF). Full-time, unlimited faculty work 171 days during a nine-month academic year and receive excellent benefits including health insurance; life insurance; optional dental, short-and long-term disability and long-term care insurance; paid personal and sick leave; defined benefits and defined contribution plans; optional 457(b) and 403(b) retirement savings plans and tuition waiver for employees and dependents. |
