Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the Cardiovascular Sonography Program Director. The Program Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students and ensuring the success of our program. This position requires a strong commitment to our mission, a drive for continued professional development, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of students and the community.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Overseeing all campus operations, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Academics, Student Affairs, Business Office, and Student Records.
• Managing the campus budget and achieving financial targets.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory benchmarks and student outcomes.
• Leading the development and implementation of strategic plans.
• Fostering employee development, team building, and a vibrant work environment.
• Directing business development to increase market share.
• Driving continuous improvement in educational and administrative processes.

Qualifications:

• 
  A Baccalaureate Degree in Education, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in Career Education Management or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing a team and developing talent.
• An understanding of the dynamics of the education and healthcare industries.
• The ability to establish credibility with educators and accrediting agencies.
