Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics).
Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, ability and desire to work effectively with users.
Candidate must demonstrate attention to detail.
Superior customer service skills are required.
Candidate must have experience programming in one or more high level computer languages. (This can be through work or degree completed.)
Experience utilizing relational databases (MS SQL) in a customer service environment.
Knowledge of common reporting tools (Microsoft SSRS) preferred.
Experience in a higher education or non-profit sector is desired.
