Greet and provide excellent customer service to incoming students and test-takers in the Testing Center. Provide proctoring services to students and community members for a variety of exams.

• Greet and welcome visitors of the Testing Center.
• Provide information as needed in person, by phone, or email.
• Respond to questions from testing candidates.
• Assist testers with the check-in/check-out process as required by each exam.
• Maintain a friendly and calm environment for the testing center, while proctoring and ensuring the test security of each exam.
• Assist testers with score interpretations.
• Maintain proctor certifications.
• Assist with scanning and tasks as assigned by the Senior Testing Examiner and Testing Clerk.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma required. Some college coursework preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
