EXPERIENCE AND OTHER
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree required plus significant relevant specialized or credentialed
training. Masters’ preferred. Ten (10) years related experience preferred.
Possess a broad knowledge of industry-based skill sets and strong interpersonal
skills. Experience in educational settings, working with business and industry in
rural settings, and working with diverse populations, including public and
community agencies, schools, prisons, and colleges. Ability to effectively lead
others and develop programs and opportunities for communities served.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Provide leadership for Career Technical Education, Continuing Education, Adult
Education and Literacy, and correctional facilities. Collaborate with area business,
industry, and schools to address workforce needs and build programs. Evaluate
performance data to continually revise offerings and services to address gaps in

SALARY RANGE: $63,056 - $70,342
