This Human Resources Coordinator position is an entry level, non-exempt position responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support.
 
This Human Resources Coordinator position is an entry level, non-exempt position responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • First point of contact for walk-in and telephone inquiries for HR office
  • Maintaining employee records in paper and electronic database
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events
  • Supporting the recruitment process by posting jobs and sourcing candidates
  • Creating and distributing weekly newsletter and other department communications
  • Data entry, HR reports
  • Assists with employee appreciation processes and employee engagement events
  • Complete employer verifications, fee remission requests and other administrative forms
  • Assist other department leaders with tasks as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned
The ideal candidate will be very outgoing and customer service oriented, with excellent communication and organization skills.
 
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma, 2 yrs. of customer service experience in an office setting, and strong computer skills.
Preferred requirements:
Associate Degree in closely related area, previous HR experience; Workday Software experience
