Job Description

 

Portland Community College's division of Teaching, Learning, and Curricular Innovation seeks a dynamic individual to join our growing team and coordinate the college's curriculum research, development, and approval process. This individual acts as a valuable primary resource for faculty and management on curriculum development and approval; ensures educational standards, rules and regulations are followed; and leads the work of academic professionals. This position will be based at PCCs beautiful Rock Creek campus, and can be fully on-site or hybrid. Maximum remote workdays per week will vary from 3-4 depending on time of year and stakeholder engagement needs (as determined in coordination with supervisor).

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).

 

Bachelors degree in Education, Student Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Communications, Social Science, Training & Development or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

$60,071.00 to $76,427.00 (Step 8); based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work environment includes frequent disruptions and changes in priorities. Work is generally performed in an office environment with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is needed to perform the job satisfactorily.
