Job Summary

Answering phones.
Greeting guests visiting the Internship & Job Center.
Scheduling student appointments.
Assisting and registering students on Lancer Job Link .
Developing promotional materials for the department (i.e. Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.).
Responsible for managing departmental postings to social media accounts.
Providing general information about the Career and Job Placement Center.
Providing office coverage for staff during meetings, lunch breaks, etc.
Participating in special events within the department i.e. job fairs, meet & greets etc.
Provide support to office staff on various projects.

Required Qualification

Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for Fall.

Desired Qualifications

Our ideal candidate understands and has previous office experience.
Must have exemplary customer service skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently and take initiative with assignments.
