Essential Job Duties
Additional duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing hardware and software preventive maintenance, repairs and improvements.
- Complete accurate and professional documents including reports, technical documents and maintenance documentation as required to support job responsibilities.
- Fill out all maintenance reports on site.
Other Responsibilities
- And other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience/Education
Associates Degree in Electronics; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Other Required Qualifications
- Experience in electronic systems maintenance.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and the general public. Must be able to understand instructions and other communications regarding work assignments and other matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Progressive experience in electronic fire protections systems and maintenance.
- Prefer good working knowledge of local, state and national codes.
- NICET Level 1.
Required License or Certification
- Valid Drivers License Required
- North Carolina Drivers License required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained.
Valid NC Driver's License required
