The Coordinator, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging provides campus-based leadership and direction consistent with the strategic vision of both the division of Academic and Student Affairs and the College.  Cross-divisional collaboration and support are essential elements of the position.  

There are two openings for this position. One will be based on our Essex campus and the other on our Catonsville campus. 

Masters degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field and two years of experience in student affairs are required, preferably at a community college. Two or more years of experience in community development, multicultural and/or diversity programming preferred.  Prior documented experience developing and delivering diversity and inclusion awareness training and counseling programs preferred.
