Responsibilities

Enlyte International seeks a strategic Pricing Analyst within our Strategy and Planning team, focused on driving pricing discipline through process, analysis, and strategic projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to add meaningful value to the organization by championing profitable revenue growth. We are seeking a collaborative team-player with a core set of skills around business analysis, data analysis, reporting, and the ability to translate trends, findings, and anomalies into meaningful recommendations for the business and decision-makers. The candidate that joins our team will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders within the organization, from Commercial to Product to Operators and P&L owners.

The Analyst's primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Playing a key role in the opportunity pricing process with goals of managing deal throughput in concert with ensuring adequate socialization, review, and decision-making across pertinent stakeholders in the organization
  • Modeling strategic deals with the intent of turning data into actionable insights and strategy to ultimately structure pricing that is optimal for Enlyte and competitive/compelling for its clients
  • Supporting strategic initiatives that further the mission of the Pricing team

The ideal candidate, in addition to skillsets mentioned above, possesses a heightened sense of intellectual curiosity coupled with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a business / quantitative focus (e.g. Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, Statistics)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment delivering data led stories
  • Experience with data analysis in consulting or industry related field
  • Ability to use analytical, logical, and organizational skills to make business decisions using complex information
  • Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills coupled with an aptitude for creative problem- solving
  • Ability to manage complex projects with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks
  • Shares in our desire to grow and develop professionally and contribute to the growth of those around us
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous pricing and/or strategy experience a plus

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $52,719 - $75,524 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
