If youre pursuing an Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business or HR degree and want to gain experience in HRIS as a business analyst wed love to have you join our team!

 

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to assist with the recent implementation of our HR applications (i.e.Workday, iCIMS, SABA), with a goal of documenting and creating business process flows, testing configuration changes and identifying ways to enhance the user experience.

As a member of our team…

  • Your primary responsibility will be to assist the HR Analytics and Applications Team with various initiatives and operations to support the suite of HR applications
  • You will perform impactful analysis to enhance the user experience and business operations
  • You will provide ad-hoc technical support and testing of functionality
  • You will continuously learn and meet new people (while having fun)!

Qualifications

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you

  • Are pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business or HR
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Have strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Are strongly proficient in using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
  • To access APLs facilities and networks, U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status is required, subject to applicable laws

 

Youll go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you

  • Have experience with data analytics and/or HR application experience
