Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

Mtech (Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute) is seeking a Program Manager for Digital Marketing UX Designer at xFoundry@UMD. The Program Manager will have the opportunity to be a key member of xFoundry marketing team. This team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of digital marketing and leveraging the latest technologies and design principles to create exceptional user experiences.

In this role, you will blend your expertise in digital marketing strategies with user experience(UX) design to drive impactful and conversion-focused digital experiences across various platforms and channels. From websites and landing pages to social media content and email campaigns, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and highly engaging digital assets that captivate our audience and drive measurable results.

As a Digital Marketing UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency and visual identity is maintained across all digital marketing initiatives. Your ability to translate complex marketing goals into intuitive and user-friendly designs will be crucial in elevating our brand presence and driving meaningful engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and./or UX/UI design.
  • Experience with A/B testing, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, or Figma
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
