The Department of Sociology in the Shaheen College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Indianapolis is seeking an Associate Adjunct of Sociology beginning in August 2021, for a nine-month, non-tenure track faculty position. This is a part-time, partial benefit eligible position. The ability to teach primarily during the day is required. The Associate Adjunct will teach 15 to 21 hours of Sociology courses per year such as Principles of Sociology, Social Problems, and other courses as needed. A separate contract for summer teaching is possible, though not guaranteed.
