Job Description

The Department of Management and Marketing of the Graham School of Business at York College of Pennsylvania is pleased to invite applications for an adjunct faculty pool in both management and marketing disciplines to begin in Fall 2021. We seek candidates with an interest in teaching a variety of introductory and upper-level courses in management and marketing courses. Classes may be held during the day, twilight hour, or evening.

York College is a teaching-focused institution, and we seek applicants with genuine interest in teaching and developing student scholarly activity. Adjuncts will be required to hold one office hour per week, demonstrate an appropriate degree of professional activity (particularly with regard to pedagogy), and are expected to attend all meetings relevant to the position.

Requirements:

Applicants should have earned a Master's in Management, Marketing or a closely related discipline, from an accredited institution (e.g., AACSB, ACBSP, EQUIS) by the start of the initial appointment period. Preference will be given to candidates with five years of relevant industry experience, at least two years of teaching experience in a higher educational setting and any HyFlex delivery experience.
