Basic Function/Definition | Applications are currently being accepted for Noncredit Real Estate Instructors. This is to establish a part-time faculty pool in the Continuing Education department for the noncredit Real Estate instructional program. Instructors are responsible for all aspects of live and/or online course delivery of their respective courses. They serve as subject matter experts who integrate principles, practices, and industry experience to provide exceptional learning engagement for Rio Hondo College students. Teaching areas may include California Real Estate Appraisal, Principles, Finance, Practices, and Property Taxation and Assessment. |
