The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) is currently recruiting for the position of Student Support Services Representative. This position serves as a resource to potential and current students by providing general and procedural information and guidance related to a variety of student support services such as admissions and records, registration, financial aid, career and educational planning, job placement, and veteran services in a multi-service setting designed to encourage better service utilization and increase the probability of student success.
MONTHLY SALARY: $3,758.20 - $4,655.76*
*Salary Information is based on a full-time, 12-month position
A current vacancy exists at East Los Angeles College, 1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez, Monterey Park, CA 91754. The hiring list established by this examination will also be used to fill future vacancies as they occur during the life of the list. Our Colleges include: Los Angeles City College; East Los Angeles College; Los Angeles Harbor College; Los Angeles Mission College; Los Angeles Pierce College; Los Angeles Southwest College; Los Angeles Trade-Technical College; Los Angeles Valley College; West Los Angeles College.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF AN APPLICATION:
Education and Experience:
Graduation from high school or its equivalent AND one year of full-time paid clerical/technical experience with a student support program. Experience in the use of a student information system is desirable.
