Work closely with the Director Corporate College to form industry, business, community agencies, state and federal agency partnerships.
Goal 1: Develop Oil and Gas industry contacts, networks and associations interested in building a Global Oil and Gas Drilling Training Center in Houston, with HCC and its other partners.
Goal 2: Advise, assist and consult HCC executives on the development of an educational plan and strategy that would be of great relevance to the oil and gas industry and supportable by HCC and its other partners. Reports To
(Title of individual)Manager ResponsibilitiesIntroduce HCC to offshore/onshore drillers/operators/service companies key players. Work Product to ensure meetings and introductions to key industry players.
Introduce HCC to oil and gas industry groups and associations - the IADC, COS, API, and others deemed important to the building of a drilling training center to ensure meetings and introductions to key players.
Advise HCC on the business, human resource, and educational needs of drillers, operators, and service companies to fulfill writing/ documenting needs.
Advise HCC on the development of an educational plan and strategy that would encourage the oil and gas industry to work with HCC to ensure meetings with HCC executives and faculty.
The following support duties that may be assigned: business development, preparing presentations, developing plans, conducting or organizing meetings, arranging for experts related to the project in order to fulfill assignments.
Provide creative design and technical input into the development of a drilling training center facilities plan accompanied by a graphics designer for creative purposes to fulfill facility drawings/designs and equipment /tools list requirements.
