Obama appoints Edmonds Community College instructor Theresa Pouley to the Indian Law and Order Commission

President Obama has named Theresa Pouley to the Indian Law and Order Commission.

Pouley teaches Indian Law at Edmonds Community College and is Chief Judge of the Tulalip Tribal Court. She was among three people to be appointed.

“I am proud to appoint such impressive men and women to these important roles, and I am grateful they have agreed to lend their considerable talents to this Administration.” President Obama said in a statement.
