Job Description

The Digital and IT Analyst defines, configures, tests, trains and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Leads and collaborates with division business functions, projects of varying sizes using information technology to enable business improvement and perform critical analysis under limited supervision. These initiatives require accountability and collaboration with a variety of business and technology areas.

  • Provides analytical advice and direction to the business for application and technology that impacts operations and processes.
  • Understand how applications and technologies impact the business.
  • Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations / modifications to streamline & simplify processes while reducing operating costs.
  • Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions.
  • Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology.
  • Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.
  • Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations.
  • Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed.
  • Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)

Experience:

  • 2+ years related IT experience

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to establish own priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage projects.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting or standing.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $78,479 annually to $126,697 annually.
