We are seeking a i-team Civic Designer and i-team Data Analytics Manager

Position Summary:

For i-team Civic Designer, Cincinnati, OH
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design methodology and the ability to use and apply intentional design processes that includes research, ideation, and delivery with key stakeholders, including community members, centered in the process. Ideally, they will also have experience in designing and delivering impactful public sector programs or services.

For i-team Data Analytics Manager, Cincinnati
The Data Analytics Manager will create and execute the i-teams approaches for using quantitative data and methods to understand complex issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, be proficient in a general programming language (like Python) or a statistical package (R), and an appetite for engaging in non-quantitative aspects of the innovation process.
