North Idaho College is seeking a motivated Registrar Specialist to help maintain the accuracy and efficiency of student records and registration processes. In this role, youll manage transcript requests, process grading and attendance information, communicate academic standing updates, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for students, faculty, and staff.

Every day brings variety as you coordinate with campus partners, ensure data integrity, and support critical Registrars Office operations. Whether youre verifying student records, tracking deadlines, or guiding students through academic policies, your attention to detail will help keep everything running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree and a minimum of two years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting pay range: $19.80 - $22.77

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
